Security
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Role-based access so staff only see what they need
- Audit trails recording who created, edited or approved records
- Regular backups and dependency monitoring
Confidentiality
Care records belong to the care provider. Our staff access customer data only when needed to provide support and with the customer's permission.
Responsible AI
- AI produces drafts — people make decisions
- Every AI-generated plan is marked as a draft until a manager approves it
- Care records are not used to train public AI models
- Staff are encouraged to check AI output for accuracy and person-centred language
Data protection
We design our processes with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in mind and provide a data processing agreement to customers. We do not claim certification we have not obtained.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have found a security issue, email admin@billionairessquad.com with the subject "Security". We will acknowledge and investigate promptly.

It does not replace professional judgement. All AI-generated content must be reviewed, checked, edited, and approved by an authorised manager or qualified professional before use.
