What is CareIntel AI?+
A care documentation and compliance-visibility platform that helps UK care providers create support plans, record daily notes, track reviews and spot documentation gaps.
Who is it for?+
Domiciliary, supported living, residential, nursing and complex care providers — registered managers, coordinators, quality and compliance leads, consultants and care group owners.
Is CareIntel AI CQC approved?+
No. The CQC does not approve software. CareIntel AI helps you prepare clearer evidence and supports inspection readiness, but it does not guarantee any inspection outcome.
AI & records
Does the AI write care plans for us?+
It produces drafts. Every draft must be reviewed, edited and approved by an authorised manager or qualified professional before use.
Does it give medical advice?+
No. CareIntel AI does not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions.
Is our data used to train AI?+
No. Care records are not used to train public AI models.
Can staff record by voice?+
Yes, on Growth plans and above, staff can dictate daily records which they check before saving.

How much does it cost?+
Plans start from £149/month. Pricing is confirmed during a demo so we can match the plan to your service.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice — see our Refund Policy.
Is there a free trial?+
We start with a guided demo. Book one and we'll discuss the best way to get started.
Can we export our data?+
Yes. You can export records, and on exit we return or delete data in line with your agreement.
